Former IWGP Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles is currently off New Japan Pro Wrestling events due to a recurrence of the lower back issues that forced him to miss the ROH TV tapings in Nashville several weeks ago.

As of writing, there is no word as to how long Styles will be out of action.
