WWE announced during tonight’s edition of WWE RAW that former WWE Intercontinental Champion Bad News Barrett (who is currently out of action due to injury) will appear at this Sunday’s WWE Battleground pay-per-view to hand over the title to the winne of the Intercontinental Championship Battle Royal.
