WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart has filed a $1 million lawsuit against plastic surgeon Dr. Justin Yeung in regards to an alleged botched surgery, which Hart claims has left him unable to use his right index finger and thumb, making it hard for him to dress himself and take part in recreational activities, including being able to draw, according to a report from The Calgary Sun.

The report notes that Hart’s lawsuit is alleging that Dr. Yeung, who told Hart that he could fix the issue via a partial fusion of the wrist bones, instead left Hart without functional use of the fingers following surgery in 2016 and that Dr. Yeung and his team left a tourniquet on Bret’s right arm on too long, such that the circulation of the nerves and tendons to his right thumb and index finger were damaged by a prolonged insufficient supply of oxygen.
