World Wrestling Council released the following video of of former WWE superstar Carlito reacting to his loss against Mr. 450 at the WWC Aniversario 42 event.

Carlito noted in the video that he will return to WWC despite the loss, however when he was asked about the WWE return reports, Carlito smiled and walked away.
