The following results are from a recent Celtic Championship Wrestling live event. The event took place on January 16th, 2016 at the Ballyphehane Community Centre in Cork, Ireland.
In Ring Segment
CCW Board Member Chris Ellis was introduced to the fans before the event started and discussed the actions of late of CCW Chairman and The Establishment member Lee Cahalane and noted that there was an investigation currently into Cahalane’s actions. This led to The Establishment making their way to the ring to cut a promo. CCW Heavyweight Champion Ricky Combat came out and said that in the main event tonight, he wants Lycan one on one with no interruption from The Establishment and that he wants the “Lone Wolf” of old. Lycan told The Establishment to leave the ring and said that Combat has his wish. Xavier Burns and Adrien Jonathans of The Establishment returned to the ring, which led to the first match of the evening.
Tag Team Match
The Establishment (Xavier Burns & Adrian Jonathans) (w/Tony Kelly) defeated Karl Brien & Kurt Simmons.
Singles Match
Raven Creed defeated Miss Sara Jay. Following the match, Miss Sara Jay complained to the referee that she had kicked out at two, however the referee refused to acknowledge.
CCW All-Star Championship Match
Bingo Ballance (c) defeated “Mr. Knockout” Marion Armstrong. Post-match, The Establishment came ringside, with Lee Cahalane announcing that Xavier Burns would face off against Bingo Ballance for the All-Star Championship.
CCW All-Star Championship Match
Xavier Burns (w/Tony Kelly) defeated Bingo Ballance to become the new Champion.
Singles Match
Raven Creed defeated Miss Sara Jay. This match took place again after it was revealed that after video footage was reviewed, Miss Sara Jay did indeed kick out at the two count during the earlier match.
CCW Championship Choice Contract Match
The Ballymun Bruiser defeated Jack Vice, Lee Cahalane and Omega to win the Championship Choice contract and earn his shot at any CCW Championship of his choosing within the next 12 months.
Tag Team Match
The Sidekicks (Jason Maxx & Ace Andrews) defeated Bedlam Billy Lynch & Conor Charisma.
CCW Heavyweight Championship Match
Ricky Combat (c) defeated Lycan.
