Former UFC Light Heavyweight star and former FOX Sports analyst Chael Sonnen is reported to have a meeting scheduled with Michael Cole on August 11th when SmackDown tapes in Portland where Chael lives.
According to a report from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the meeting was set up by Gerald Brisco and Canyon Cemen. Chael met with WWE people in San Jose during WrestleMania 31 week, but the meeting was nothing formal at that time.
