In an interview with Michael Cole for WWE’s official website, Chris Jericho discussed his WWE return and how much Fozzy have grown as a band over the past few years and noted that his podcasting shows are a blast to do and that he just recently interviewed Pat Patterson.

In regards to his match this Friday on SmackDown against Randy Orton, Jericho noted that himself and Orton have had their ups and downs over the years and he knows it will be a hard-hitting match, calling Orton one of the greatest wrestlers of all-time and one of his favorites to watch and work with.

When asked about his match with Bray Wyatt at WWE Battleground, Jericho noted that he has been watching the evolution of The Wyatt Family and it doesn’t surprise him and Wyatt is a very unique character, something the WWE fans haven’t seen in a while and that they really come from the swamps and are here to do mean things. Jericho said that he likes coming back to the company with a mission and his mission is teaching Bray Wyatt how things are done in the WWE.
