Legendary independent women’s wrestler Sara del Ray, revealed in an interview with Diva-Dirt.com that she is looking at potentially joining the WWE if the offer is put on table for her to join the company. Del Ray noted that she’s been in the professional wrestling business nearly 11 years and feels like joining the WWE would be a very new and interesting challenge in her career and that getting a WWE deal has become her main focus and goal right now in her career, even if it falls flat. Sara noted that she’s never been in the WWE and noted that she won’t be wrestling her entire life, so she wants a WWE deal before her wrestling career comes to an end, which is why she has made it her main focus for the rest of 2011 and into 2012.

Del Ray also noted that Ring of Honor Wrestling are deep in consideration in regards to starting a women’s division in 2012, which she may potentially be part of. Del Ray said that the company are really starting from scratch again, re-establishing the brand and the product under the Sinclair Broadcasting Group and that she has talked to Ring of Honor recently and the company has hopes to start the women’s division up in the new year.
