- In speaking with Eddie F. of Power 99 in Philadelphia, WWE superstar Dolph Ziggler responded to reports that Ric Flair was coming in to be his manager, noting that he’s not heard anything from Ric or anybody else in person. “I’ve heard that from people on Twitter and on the internet but I’ve never actually heard it in real life from Ric or anybody in person. Rumors are rumors. Ric is a legend. As far as I know, I don’t even know if he works for the company.” Speaking of Ziggler, many within the company are expecting the company to pull the trigger on having him cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase tonight, as it needs to be done “sooner rather than later” before the build to the 2013 Royal Rumble PPV.

- For those that have asked, the man portraying Dr. Shelby on WWE television is actor Sam Huntington who has appeared on Law & Order, CSI: New York, CSI: Miami and Superman Returns amongst various other acting roles. Orton also noted on his account that he will be on the company’s tour of Europe in November.
