In an interview with Primera Hora in Puerto Rico, former WWE Superstar Carlito noted that while he hasn’t been approached by the company regarding a return, he would be open if the call came.

“It is not because I need a job; this year I have travelled a lot wrestling around the world in places like Mexico, Qatar and Australia, besides United States, however I would accept going back to WWE. I have no bad feelings with anyone there.”

Carlito’s brother Eddie, who wrestles as Diego in the Los Matadores tag team was also interviewed for the article and noted that Carlito is missed and could help with the Latino fanbase.

“Carlito is missed and I am not the only one who thinks that, Carlito has his fans backstage in WWE, he is a wrestler who knows to do his thing in the ring and how to involve the crowd in his matches. Latinos are 21% of WWE fans and we need more Latino superstars. I think Carlito could help us with that.”
