Following the conclusion of his airport security lawsuit yesterday, it appears that the judge’s ruling did enough to upset WWE Hall of Famer, Jesse “The Body” Ventura, that the former Navy SEAL has lost his patriotism and will be applying for duel citizenship, so he can spend more time in Mexico.

According to a report from The Associated Press, Ventura stated that he had lost his patriotism and would never stand for the national anthem again, instead turning his back and raising a fist. Ventura, who had a titanium hip implanted in him in 2008, noted that it can often set off metal detectors, which was the cause of all this, as Ventura sued the federal government back in January, alleging that scans and pat-downs at any airport amounted to unreasonable search and seizure. Ventura has not flown commercially since filing the lawsuit and noted that he wont be flying commercially again, after the district judge dismissed his case, noting that it should have been filed in the Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ventura, who previously served a term as the Governor of Minnesota and is currently in the midst of filming the third series of his Jesse Ventura: Conspiracy Theories show on TruTV, noted that he may need to make an attempt to run as President in order to change the policy and what he called a broken court system.
