Japanese wrestling promotion Pro Wrestling NOAH formally announced today that the promotion has been officially transferred to Estbee Co, Ltd, a Japanese IT company who bought the company on October 1st, according to a report from Puroresu Spirit.

The report notes that the upcoming NOAH Global League will still go ahead as planned, while ticket sales and the promotion’s fan club will run as it has without changes, with Estbee’s main focus to aim towards the further development of Pro Wrestling NOAH and that the only major changes are that Masayuki Uchida will be taking over the role as President of the promotion and Akira Taue, who had been overseeing the company, will remain on board as an advisor and consultant. Uchida was the President of All Japan Pro Wrestling before everything went sour back in 2012 which led to him then ending up becoming the brief representative of the WRESTLE-1 promtion.

The current management structure as mentioned above will see Uchida as the Chairman and President of NOAH, Yosuke Fuwa as the Representative Director of the promotion, Akira Taue as an advisor and consultant to both Uchida and Fuwa and Daisuke Ito as director of the promotion.
