The following results are from a recent Ring Of Honor Wrestling television taping. The taping took place on October 20th, 2017 at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

ROH TV TAPINGS

Triple Threat Tag Team Match
The Kingdom (Vinny Marseglia & TK O’Ryan) defeated Coast 2 Coast (Leon St. Giovanni & Shaheem Ali) and The Dawgs (Will Ferrara & Rhett Titus). Post-match, Matt Taven came out and joined TK O’Ryan and Vinny Marseglia and said that there is a Kingdom conspiracy in Ring of Honor, as they never got their shot at the ROH World 6 Man Tag Team Championships after TK O’Ryan returned from injury and said that now, they are issuing a challenge.

In Ring Segment
Cody came out and promised that he would defend the ROH World Championship tonight. Cody called over Ian Riccaboni and asked him who he felt deserved an ROH World Championship opportunity, to which Ian said that he feels Dalton Castle deserves the shot. Cody said that Castle was not here tonight and that he will instead defend the title against whoever comes out.

ROH World Championship Match
Cody (c) defeated Ryan Nova. Post-match, Dalton Castle came out and asked Cody if his match was what the biggest contract in Ring of Honor is paying for. Dalton said that he is not mad, just disappointed and asked if Cody wanted a real challenge. Cody said that Dalton can not just come out and request a title match like this and then joked about how he would put in a call for Dalton to get a developmental contract and join his friends for guaranteed money, telling Dalton to think about it. Cody went to walk away, however Dalton attacked him and hit him with the Bangarang. Dalton said that he thought about it, but likes it here in Ring of Honor and he is going to take Cody’s World Championship.

ROH World Tag Team Championships Match
The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley) (c) defeated War Machine (Raymond Rowe & Hanson).

Women Of Honor Match (Dark Match)
Jenny Rose defeated Sumie Sakai, Jessie Brooks and Nicki.

Singles Match
Punishment Martinez defeated Josh Woods.

In Ring Segment
Jay Lethal came out to the ring and said that he keeps getting sidetracked when pursuing the ROH World Championship and that it frustrates him, but he is still focused on becoming a two-time ROH World Champion, no matter what anyone else says and said that Cody has not lost to a lot of people, but he did lose to him. Marty Scurll came out to interrupt and said that he has had a desire to face the best in the world in Ring of Honor and said that he wants to face Jay Lethal, but not the Jay Lethal that is standing in the ring. Scurll said that he wants to face the Jay Lethal that was more ruthless and villainous. Lethal said that when he was doing more villainous things, he was doing them because he wanted to, where as Marty Scurll does them because he has to. Both men went back and forth before it was agreed that they will face off at ROH Final Battle 2017.

ROH World Television Championship Match
Kenny King (c) defeated Mark Briscoe (w/Jay Briscoe) via referee stoppage, however the match never really started as Jay Briscoe threw in the towel before both men even touched. Mark, who had his arm in a cast, looked bemused at Jay as they went to the ring, leaving Kenny King in the ring questioning why that happened. Punishment Martinez came through the crowd and attacked Kenny King. Shane Taylor, Jonathan Gresham, Silas Young and Cheeseburger came out, which led to a brawl among all men. Kenny King then dived out of the ring onto all men on the floor.

#1 Contender’s Tag Team Match
Best Friends (Chuck Taylor & Trent) defeated The Addiction (Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian).

Singles Match
Dalton Castle defeated Hangman Page. Post-match, Cody got into the face of Dalton Castle, however Hangman Page then clipped Dalton’s knee, which led to both men attacking Dalton.

In Ring Segment
Bully Ray came to the ring and said that his was the building that changed professional wrestling and said that he wrote some things down and then pulled out glasses to read what he had, which were Dudley Boyz glasses. Bully said that he does not need a script and wants to shoot straight before saying that this is basically it for him, but he loves Ring of Honor and still has some time left on his contract, so he wants to stick around and help out the young guys. ROH COO Joe Koff came out and granted Bully that time to help out the younger talent. Koff said that Bully has only been here for 6 months, but has already made a big impact again, which led to Bully telling Joe not to mention the word impact again, which popped the crowd. Jay Briscoe came out and yelled at Bully Ray for going out like he is, knocked Bully’s hat off his head and then spat at him. Joe Koff stepped in to stop either man from attacking each other. BJ Whitmer, Prince Nana and Bobby Cruise also came out to shield Joe Koff from being attacked. Jay Briscoe attacked Bully Ray and went to attack him with a chair, however Tommy Dreamer came out to stop him, while Velvet Sky came to check on and shield Bully Ray. Mark Briscoe came out and tried to talk some sense into his brother, however he then turned around and kicked Dreamer low and hit him with a Steel Chair. The Briscoes then grabbed Velvet Sky and hit her with a 3D.

Women Of Honor Match (Dark Match)
Karen Q defeated Deonna Purrazzo.

Singles Match
Matt Taven (w/TK O’Ryan & Vinny Marseglia) defeated Jay White. post-match, The Kingdom beat down Jay White until Jonathan Gresham and The Motor City Machine Guns came out to make the save.

Singles Match
Shane Taylor defeated Cheeseburger. Post-match, The Dawgs (Will Ferrara & Rhett Titus) came to the ring with a mug full of pennies to pay Shane Taylor to take out Cheeseburger for good. Taylor grabbed the mug, but poured it over Will Ferrara’s head and prevented The Dawgs from beating up Cheeseburger.

Singles Match
Silas Young (w/The Beer City Bruiser) defeated Jonathan Gresham.

In Ring Segment
War Machine (Raymond Rowe & Hanson) came out for a match, but were attacked by The Addiction (Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian). Both teams brawled on the floor before The Addiction made their way to the back.

8 Man Tag Team Match
BULLET CLUB (Marty Scurll, Nick Jackson, Matt Jackson & Hangman Page) defeated Scorpio Sky, Flip Gordon, Leon St. Giovanni & Shaheem Ali. Post-match, Nick Jackson got on the mic and praised Gordon, Sky, Giovanni and Ali. Nick said that Scorpio Sky deserves a contract with Ring of Honor after busting his a** all over the place for 15 years.
