Sasha Banks and WWE are reportedly said to be at a stalemate over what the future plans are on WWE television, with Banks not appearing on WWE television since WrestleMania 35 when Bayley and herself lost the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships to The IIconics (Billie Kay & Peyton Royce), according to a report from Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer.

The report notes that Banks wanted to leave the company over WrestleMania weekend due to growing frustration with losing the titles and WWE wanting to immediately split her and Bayley up as a tag team and that Banks was given time off to think about her decision.

The report adds that WWE was hopeful that Banks would return for next month’s Money in the Bank pay-per-view, but that nothing was set in stone regarding her status and that if she wants to sit out the rest of her contract, she will be allowed to do so, however it is unknown as to when her contract comes to an end, while WWE could add time to her current contract for what they would deem as “missing work”.

WWE are set to announce the participants for the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match and the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match during next week’s Monday Night RAW.
