Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins underwent surgery on Tuesday to repair his ACL, MCL and medial meniscus tears in his right knee suffered during a match against Kane at a WWE live event in Dublin, Ireland last week.

Rollins meanwhile posted the following update on his Facebook page writing, “Huge thanks to everyone who has reached out and extended their support over the last week. Means a lot to me. Surgery is done and I’m on the mend! Every day is forward movement now. I’ll be back it before you can even miss me.”

As mentioned previously on the website, Rollins is expected to miss at least 6-9 months of action.
