THIS SATURDAY! SHIMMER 71 LIVE FROM SAN JOSE!
SHIMMER Women Athletes presents “SHIMMER 71: The ChickFight Tournament” this Saturday afternoon, March 28, 2015, at the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds (344 Tully Road) in San Jose, CA. Bell time is Noon local time (Pacific). The event will take place as part of the World Wrestling Network’s “WWNLive Experience” weekend, alongside shows at the same location from EVOLVE, Kaiju Big Battel, the King of Indies tournament, and WWN’s “Mercury Rising 2015.”

Tickets are priced at: $75 first row reserved, $50 second row reserved, and $25 general admission. Fans with first or second row tickets will receive a $10 WWN merchandise credit (which must be used at the merchandise tables at the event that day).

The ChickFight Tournament at SHIMMER 71 will be a one day, twelve woman, single elimination tournament! The winner will receive a SHIMMER Championship match in the future. The tournament will be held under the same format as the Volcano Girls event of ten years ago, with three brackets. There will be six first round matches, three second round matches, and a three-way elimination final match to determine the tournament winner.

SHIMMER 71 this Saturday will be presented as a live internet pay-per-view via the World Wrestling Network. The pre-order price of the event is $14.99 (the price increases $5 if purchased on the day of the event). Similar to our previous iPPV offerings, those who purchase the iPPV will receive access to the live stream as well as the VOD of the event, to watch it again at any point in the future.
