The following results are from a recent TNA Impact Wrestling TV Taping. The taping took place at the Impact Wrestling Zone on April 18th, 2012 in Orlando, Florida and will air on April 26th, 2012 at 9pm Eastern on Spike TV.
In Ring Segment
Devon came out to open the show and announced that following Hulk Hogan’s comments last week, he will be defending his TNA Television Championship tonight against his former friend Bully Ray. Ray came out and stated that he was better than Devon and better than a TV Championship match and went to leave, however Devon stopped him and the match began.
TNA Television Championship Match
Devon (c) defeated Bully Ray.
In Ring Segment
Jeremy Borash came to the ring and cut a promo on Eric Bischoff saying that he knows this is Bischoff’s last night, but he has something to get off his chest and calls out Eric for his “drunk tweets” that he previously wrote on Twitter. Bischoff came out and said that if Borash wants to fight, that is exactly what is going to happen. Bully Ray comes back out and attacks Borash as Bischoff says that this may now be one of the highlights of his life as he pins Borash and takes a picture.
Singles Match
Kurt Angle defeated Anarquia (w/Hernandez, Sarita and Rosita). Prior to the match Anarquia came out and stated that he wanted to fight, even if it was against an American.
In Ring Segment
Al Snow came out to the ring with Ohio Valley Wrestling superstar Alex Silva and said that he is the lead judge tonight, as Silva will be getting an opportunity in a “Gut Check Challenge”.
Gut Check Challenge Match
Robbie E (w/Robbie T) defeated Alex Silva.
Non-Title Match
Brooke Tessmacher defeated Gail Kim.
In Ring Segment
Christopher Daniels, Kazarian, Samoa Joe, Magnus, Mr. Anderson and Jeff Hardy came out to the ring for a tag team match. Hulk Hogan came out and said that he has decided to remove Daniels and Kazarian from the match.
TNA Tag Team Championship Match
Samoa Joe and Magnus (c) defeated Mr. Anderson and Jeff Hardy. Following the match Daniels and Kazarian came in and attacked Joe and Magnus.
In Ring Segment
Ric Flair, Bully Ray, Gunner, Christopher Daniels and Kazarian came out to the ring for the Eric Bischoff Farewell Party. Flair got on the mic and commended the things that Bischoff has done and then presented Bischoff with what appeared to be a ring. Garrett Bischoff, Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, Austin Aries, Rob van Dam and Jeremy Borash come to the ring as Borash mentions that the NFL has a Hall of Fame, but Bischoff will be inducted into a Shed of Shame, as the cameras reveal a port-o-potty in the back. The wrestlers begin to brawl as Garrett manages to grab his father, as he and Borash take Bischoff to the port-o-potty, shove him into it and topple it over. As Bischoff comes out, he is covered in fecal matter to end the show.
