The following results are from a recent WWE NXT taping. The taping took place on July 16th, 2015 at the Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida and will air on July 22nd, July 29th, August 5th and August 12th, 2015 at 8pm Eastern on the WWE Network.

TAPING ONE (Airing July 22nd)

WWE NXT Champion Finn Bálor came out to open the show for an interview with Greg Hamilton. Greg congratulated him saying that it was two weeks ago where he won the belt in Japan, but his is his first time back at Full Sail and asked how Finn felt. Finn said that he is a 15-year pro, wrestling all over the world and that there were a lot of tough decisions and sacrifices made, but the moment that he was handed the WWE NXT Championship, he knew that every one of those choices was worth it. Greg put over Finn’s match against Kevin Owens at WWE NXT Takeover: Brooklyn and said that there will be a contract signing tonight.

Bayley defeated Emma (w/Dana Brooke). Post-match, Bayley said that she is back to be the next WWE NXT Women’s Champion, but to do that, she has to beat the best that are standing in her way and she wants a match with Charlotte.

The Vaudevillains (Simon Gotch & Aiden English) defeated Sawyer Fulton & Angelo Dawkins.
In Ring Segment
WWE NXT General Manager William Regal came to the ring and spoke of WWE NXT raising the bar constantly and in Brooklyn, they will continue to rise and then introduced Bálor and Owens. Owens asked Finn what it feels like to defend the title at the biggest NXT show in history and as the underdog. Owens put over himself winning the title, putting Sami Zayn and Hideo Itami out of action and defeating Cesaro, Rusev and John Cena in his first 6 months, while Bálor has not accomplished anything and said that he will show everyone that Japan was nothing but a fluke when he becomes the first-ever two-time WWE NXT Champion. Finn said that in Brooklyn, he will take Owens’ words and shove them down his throat. Both men signed the contract, however Owens then attacked Bálor, flipping the table and laid out Regal with a punch. Bálor got the upper hand and dropkicked Owens out of the ring.

Post-match, WWE NXT General Manager William Regal came out and said that for weeks Breeze has asked him for a match at WWE NXT Takeover: Brooklyn and said that he has scoured the world looking for an opponent for him and has no doubt that this opponent will truly put him on the map and said that at WWE NXT Takeover: Brooklyn, it will be Tyler Breeze vs. Jushin Thunder Liger. The place popped HUGE for that one.

Baron Corbin defeated Axel Tischer. Post-match, Baron Corbin got on the mic and said that nobody gets up from the End of Days. Steve Cutler came out and attacked Baron, however Baron hit the End of Days and said that proves his point. Samoa Joe’s music hit and he came to the ring and said that he is impressed and heard how Baron wanted a challenge and guaranteed that Baron won’t be doing that to him and said that he is standing right in front of him, so why not try doing it to him. Baron told him not now and then sucker punched Joe, however Joe got the upper hand and put Corbin in the Coquina Clutch and stood tall over him.
Singles Match
Finn Bálor defeated Marcus Louis. Post-match, Kevin Owens attacked Finn on the ramp and attempted the pop-up powerbomb, however Finn blocked it and drop kicked Owens into the guardrail. Finn rolled Owens into the ring, however Owens hit the pop-up powerbomb and stood tall with the title.

Bayley defeated Becky Lynch.
