The following results are from a recent WWE NXT taping. The taping took place on May 25th, 2017 at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida and will air on May 31st, June 7th, June 14th and June 21st, 2017 at 8pm Eastern on the WWE Network.

TAPING ONE (Airing May 31st)

In Ring Segment
Tommaso Ciampa came to the ring on crutches, as the fans chanted “Why Ciampa Why”. Ciampa said that he would invite Johnny Gargano to the ring, but Gargano is not here tonight. Ciampa said that he suffered an injury on the Thursday before NXT Takeover: Chicago and when they lost, he knew that he was going to be out of action for a while and figured that Gargano would replace him and he would become an afterthought and forgotten about, so he couldn’t let that happen. Ciampa said that NXT Takeover: Chicago was supposed to be DIY’s moment, but it turned out to be his own moment and said that everyone is now on notice and when he returns, he will be the most dangerous man in professional wrestling.

Singles Match
Pete Dunne defeated Danny Burch. Post-match, Dunne cut a promo saying that since January, he has had to watch some boy carry what was rightfully his and that history of the WWE UK began with the crowning of “The Bruiserweight” Pete Dunne.

Cezar Bononi defeated Andrade “Cien” Almas. Thea Trinidad was at ringside watching Almas from the crowd during this match.

Tag Team Match
Roderick Strong & Kassius Ohno (w/No Way Jose) defeated SAnitY (Eric Young & Alexander Wolfe) (w/Killian Dain).

Off-Air Segment
Dana Warrior came to the ring to present a “WWE Hero” award to an Orlando-based teacher for her charity work.

Tag Team Match
Heavy Machinery (Tucker Knight & Otis Dozovic) defeated Lars Sullivan & ???. Post-match, Lars (the former Dylan Miley) attacked his tag team partner.

Singles Match
Peyton Royce (w/Billie Kay) defeated Sarah Logan (the former Sarah Bridges/Crazy Mary Dobson).

Singles Match
Hideo Itami vs. Oney Lorcan was declared a no contest. Hideo Itami hit three GTS’ during the match and attempted a fourth one, however Kassius Ohno ran out and asked him to stop. Itami and Ohno started shoving each other before Itami walked out as the referees checked on Oney Lorcan.

Killian Dain (w/Eric Young & Alexander Wolfe).defeated No Way Jose.

In Ring Segment
Roderick Strong came to the ring and talked about how he told people his story in recent weeks and how they have accepted him with open arms. Strong said that it is not just Roddy versus The World anymore, it’s now Roddy, Marina and Troy versus The World and now, he is looking for a shot at the WWE NXT Championship. Bobby Roode came out laughing and said that Strong is winning matches finally, has a marginally hot fiancé and a lot going for him right now and that he is trying to win the Bobby Roode lottery, but it does not work that way in his NXT as Strong has to earn it. Roode said that Strong is a good hand and should just stay in his lane and then one day, they can take a selfie together and told him to not play the Bobby Roode lottery as he’s not man enough to win it.

Drew McIntyre defeated Rob Ryzin.

Ember Moon defeated Peyton Royce.

Tag Team Match
The Authors Of Pain (Rezar & Akam) (w/Paul Ellering) defeated ??? & ???. Post-match, Paul Ellering said that Heavy Machinery (Tucker Knight & Otis Dozovic) are as foolish as they are big and that The Authors of Pain have beat everyone, while Heavy Machinery won’t even make a footnote. Heavy Machinery came out and got in The Authors of Pain’s faces, however AOP and Paul Ellering walked off and went to the back.

“The Velveteen Dream” Patrick Clark defeated Raul Mendoza.

3-Way Elimination Match For The WWE NXT Women’s Championship
Asuka (c) vs. Nikki Cross vs. Ruby Riot was declared a no contest. Ruby Riot was eliminated. Asuka and Nikki fought to the back, which resulted in the referee waving off the back. Asuka and Nikki then fought around the announcers booth and towards a platform section, which led to Nikki launching herself at Asuka, sending both women off the platform through a production table.
