The following results are from a recent WWE NXT taping. The taping took place on September 15th, 2016 at the Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida and will air on September 21st, September 28th, October 5th and October 12th, 2016 at 8pm Eastern on the WWE Network.

TAPING ONE (Airing September 21st)
In Ring Segment
Samoa Joe came to the ring and said that WWE NXT Champion Shinsuke Nakamura has a ton of injuries from his recent attack and said that Nakamura will be out of action for anything between 6-12 weeks, but he is not patient and wants to either face Nakamura or have the title vacated. WWE NXT General Manager William Regal came out and stated that Joe is indeed correct, but he has not heard from Nakamura, so he will clean up Joe’s mess in due time. Samoa Joe went face-to-face with William Regal and said that if he does not get what he wants, then the entire WWE NXT roster will end up looking like Shinsuke Nakamura.

Austin Aries defeated Oney Lorcan. Post-match, Hideo Itami made his way out, however Austin Aries retreated.

TAPING TWO (Airing September 28th)
In Ring Segment
WWE NXT General Manager William Regal came out and announced that he is pleased to confirm that the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic will be returning, with the finals taking place at WWE NXT Takeover: Toronto.
Singles Match
Tye Dillinger defeated Angelo Dawkins. Post-match, Bobby Roode came out and said the reason that he came to NXT was to win things like the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic and he needs the perfect tag team partner. Roode said that them winning would be Perfectly Glorious and shook hands with Tye Dillinger.
Tag Team Match
The Revival (Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder) vs. The Ealy Brothers (Gabriel Ealy & Uriel Ealy) never took place as Samoa Joe came out and attacked The Ealy Brothers as The Revival walked away. Samoa Joe said that the beatings will continue over and over again until William Regal either gives him Shinsuke Nakamura or gives him the WWE NXT Championship.

The Authors Of Pain (Rezar & Akem) (w/Paul Ellering) defeated ??? & ???. Post-match, Paul Ellering said that pain is coming right now and that is all we need to know.

Hideo Itami defeated Lince Dorado. Post-match, Austin Aries came out and attempted to attack Hideo Itami, however Itami got the upper hand, which led to Aries fleeing the ring.

In Ring Segment
Dan Matha came to the ring for a match, however Samoa Joe came out and attacked him and said that now he’s beat up William Regal’s golden boy blue, the clock is ticking on who the next person to get their head rocked is. Joe said that Regal has one week left or he will escalate things even further.

The Revival (Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson) defeated Cedric Alexander & Andrade “Cien” Almas. Post-match, Almas beat down Cedric Alexander.

Sanity (Alexander Wolfe & Sawyer Fulton) (w/Eric Young & Nikki Cross) defeated Bobby Roode & Tye Dillger when Bobby Roode walked out on Dillinger during the match. The Sanity group wore masks and unveiled to be the four members listed.

TM61 (Shane Thorne & Nick Miller) defeated Riddick Moss & Tino Sabbatelli.

Wesley Blake vs. Buddy Murphy was declared a no contest when Samoa Joe came to the ring and attacked both men. Joe called out William Regal and said that the clock has struck and time is up. WWE NXT Champion Shinsuke Nakamura came out in a neck brace, took it off, ran to the ring and brawled with Samoa Joe. Nakamura hit the Kinshasa on a security guy, which led to Joe attacking Nakamura, however Nakamura got the upper hand when the brawl returned to the ring and hit Samoa Joe with a Kinshasa to end the show.
