The 2 out of 3 falls match for the TNA Tag Team Championships. Dixie Carter announced via her social media platforms that Bobby Roode & Austin Aries defending their TNA Tag Team Championships against Hernandez & Chavo Guerrero in a 2 out of 3 falls match will open this week’s show.

TNA Tag Team Champion Bobby Roode is in San Antonio, Texas for tonight’s TNA LockDown pay-per-view and will be working the show. Roode and TNA Wrestling worked out the contract issues late last night.

The contract of former TNA World Heavyweight Champion and current TNA Tag Team Champion Bobby Roode recently expired, according to a report from Jason Powell of ProWrestling.Net, who note that this is the reason that Roode has not appeared on TNA Impact Wrestling television since the tapings in the United Kingdom. Following last night’s TNA Final Resolution pay-per-view going off the air, The Aces & Eights stood tall and celebrated their attacks as TNA officials checked on Jeff Hardy and Bobby Roode. Hardy was carried off to the back by officials, while Roode left under his own power.
