New Japan Pro Wrestling and Dramatic Dream Team, the two companies that Japanese wrestling star Kota Ibushi is contracted to, announced today at a press conference that Ibushi has suffered a herniated disc in his neck and will be out of action indefinitely. Ibushi’s contract with New Japan Pro Wrestling expires in January 2016.

WWE are interested in signing Dramatic Dream Team and New Japan Pro Wrestling superstar Kota Ibushi to a developmental deal with the company, according to a report from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Ibushi, considered the best high-flyer in professional wrestling today is the current IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion.
