Marvel Comics announced during the C2E2 convention in Chicago, Illinois that former WWE Champion turned UFC fighter Phil “CM Punk” Brooks will be writing a new, ongoing series for Drax The Destroyer, a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy.

Former WWE Champion turned UFC fighter Phil “CM Punk” Brooks will be making a rare appearance at the C2E2 Expo (Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo) at McCormick Place in Chicago from April 24th – April 26th. Punk will be signing autographs, taking photos and selling t-shirts during all three days of the expo.

Getty Images have released the following fighter portrait photos of former WWE Champion Phil “CM Punk” Brooks in preperation for his UFC debut later this year. As of writing, Punk is expected to make his debut for the MMA organization sometime between October and December.
