New WWE Tag Team Champions

The Shield (Seth Rollins & Roman Reings) defeated Team Hell No (Daniel Bryan & Kane) to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions. As mentioned on the site earlier, Dean Ambrose defeated Kofi Kingston to become the new WWE United States Championship, meaning that all Shield members walked away with a title tonight.

Match Announced For This Wednesday’s WWE Main Event

It was announced during Monday’s WWE RAW, that Seth Rollins of The Shield will face one half of the tag team champions Kane on Main Event this Wednesday.  This will be the first singles match for Seth Rollins in the WWE.

WWE announced tonight that despite his injury, WWE Champion John Cena will be teaming with Ryback to take on The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns) in a 3 on 2 Handicap match on tonight’s edition of WWE RAW. Cena is also expected to address his injury on tonight’s show.
