Viewership Announced For WrestleMania 29 Special

The August 3rd WrestleMania 29 special on NBC drew an audience of 1,920,000 viewers. The special focused on the John Cena vs. The Rock match for the WWE Championship in its entirety and featured highlights of the other matches on the event.

Buyrates Revealed For WrestleMania 29, WWE Extreme Rules & WWE Payback PPV’s

The WWE WrestleMania 29 buyrate has been announced as 1,039,000 buys, down from last year’s 1,217,000 buys. Meanwhile, the 2013 WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view drew 231,000 buys, down from last year’s 263,000 buys. Finally, the 2013 WWE Payback pay-per-view drew 186,000 buys.
