WWE Hall Of Famer Tammy Sytch (aka Sunny) is scheduled to be paroled in the first week of October from the Carbon County Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania where she has been held since late March, according to a report from PWInsider.com.

The report notes that at the time of her parole, Sytch will have been incarcerated there for approximately 7 months after she was extradited from the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in New Jersey to Carbon County in Pennsylvania on March 28th. Sytch had been held in New Jersey since being arrested several weeks before after she failed to appear in court for two DUI arrest in New Jersey in early 2018.

While Sytch was being processed for multiple charges of Contempt – Disobedience/Resistance in New Jersey, authorities learned that she was technically a fugitive of justice, because a motion had been filed in August 2017 in Pennsylvania requesting that her February 2017 parole from the Carbon County Correction Facility in Pennsylvania be revoked. A bench warrant was then issued for Sytch’s arrest to bring her in for a hearing, but since Sytch was not living in Pennsylvania at the time, she could not be located to be served nor taken into custody and was held in New Jersey until Pennsylvania authorities were able to come and extradite her.
