WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch (aka Sunny) is scheduled to be sentenced for multiple driving under the influence (DUI) arrests last year on Tuesday, July 5th at 1:15pm at Carbon County Court in Pennsylvania.

Sytch was scheduled tobe sentenced several months ago, however that was postponed for several months as Sytch underwent treatement for her personal issues and has now claimed that she is over 90 days sober. Sytch also noted recently that the WWE assisted in paying for several months of her rehabilitation, a change from previous years when the company publicly announced that they were cutting Sytch off from assistance after her previous public comments regarding the treatment centers during a DVD interview with Kayfabe Commentaries.

Sytch has plead guilty to driving under the influence in all three of her cases, with the court dismissing all of the lesser charges against the Hall of Famer in each case. The Judge presiding over the case has previously told Sytch that there would be mandatory prison terms on two of the three counts against her, while if Sytch is approved for Pennsylvania’s Intermediate Prisoner Program, then she would also be subject to house arrest following her time in prison.
