WWE Hall of Famer Sunny’s (Tammy Sytch) formal arraignment on driving under the influence related charges from June of this year that were scheduled for this morning have been cancelled and a pre-trial conference in regards to the charges has been pushed back to Thursday, December 17th.

The court proceedings today were scheduled in regards to arrests that took place on June 1st and June 20th in Towamensing Township, Pennsylvania. On June 1st, State Troopers pulled Sytch over for a vehicle code violation at 9:35am and found Sytch to be under the influence of alcohol, which resulted in her being taken to the state police barracks for a breathalyzer test. Sytch has been charged with DUI: General Impariment/Incapable of Driving Safely, DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+), BAC .02 or Greater Second Offense, Driving without a license, Operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, Disregarding a traffic lane, Reckless driving and Driving at a safe speed in regards to that arrest. Meanwhile, on June 20th, Sytch was arrested after she crashed her car and in regards to that arrest, she will be facing charges of DUI: General Impairment/Incapable of Driving Safely, Driving without a license, careless driving and disregarding a traffic lane.

The two above cases are seperate from another driving under the influence case against Sytch stemming from an arrest on May 30th where she faces charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and careless driving. She is due to stand trial on those charges on December 7th.
