In an update on TNA Wrestling’s lawsuit against the WWE, following today’s conference call in Nashville, Tennessee, a temporary injunction hearing has been set for July 12th, 2012 at 9:30 a.m in regards to the TNA lawsuit filed against the WWE and former WWE and TNA Wrestling employee Brian Wittenstein for alleged contract tampering.

WWE and Wittenstein must continue to comply with the temporary restraining order issued against both of them on May 24th and agree that they will not destroy the confidential information that TNA Wrestling claim was obtained in the lawsuit filing.
