TNA Wrestling President Dixie Carter has announced that Steve Smalls, the Senior Director of Production for TNA Wrestling will be leaving his post at the end of this month for a position with Teach For America.

Don Harris and Ron Harris have been hired to head the production side of things as Smalls’ replacements.
