WWE wrestler Jack Swagger (real name Jake Hager) is set for trial on June 25 related to his arrest for driving under the influence, speeding, and possession of marijuana, reports the Sun Herald newspaper.

WWE has yet to formally address Hager’s arrest, which occurred on February 19 following a Smackdown TV taping in Biloxi, Mississippi. Hager went on to challenge Alberto Del Rio for the World Title at WrestleMania on Sunday, where Del Rio retained the title.

According to the Sun Herald, Gulfport (Miss.) Municipal Court typically requires defendants in DUI cases to appear in court. Potential fines include $437.25 for marijuana possession, $188 for driving 10 MOH over the speed limit, and $1,300 for driving impaired on a first DUI offense.

The city’s prosecutor will seek a maximum sentence in this case, which is two days in jail for first-time offenders and completion of victim-impact classes. At this point, it remains to be seen if Hager goes to court or an out-of-court agreement is reached.
