UFC Heavyweight fighter Francis Ngannou, who defeated Alistair Overeem at UFC 218 and will face Stipe Miocic for the UFC Heavyweight Championship at UFC 220, was a recent guest on the Top Turtle MMA podcast earlier this week and noted that he would love to fight former UFC Heavyweight Champion and current WWE Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar.

“I’d always like to see the match between me and Brock Lesnar. Two big dudes. I like that matchup. I’m excited for that kind of match as a fan. I want to see that match.”

A fight against Lesnar would possibly not take place until late 2018 or early 2019 if both men agreed to the fight, as Lesnar’s WWE deal does not expire until after WrestleMania 34. Lesnar, who is also currenly retired, would have to serve out the remaining 6 months or so on his USADA doping suspension after entering back into the USADA drug-testing pool.
