In an update on the lawsuit filed by TNA Wrestling President Billy Corgan against TNA Wrestling, its parent company IMPACT Ventures LLC, TNA Wrestling Chairman Dixie Carter-Salinas, her husband Serg Salinas and TNA Wrestling’s Chief Financial Officer Dean Broadhead, a report from PWInsider.com notes that Corgan’s attorneys will be allowed to file a redacted version of their lawsuit to protect certain materials from bring brought to the public light due to what Corgan has claimed is sensitive information that could fall into the hands of competitors and that version will be released to the public sometime around 3pm Central time tomorrow.

The report notes that if a settlement is to come between the two sides, then it will likely happen before that redacted lawsuit is unsealed, as the second that it is, the allegations will then become public record and that TNA Wrestling meanwhile filed its response to Corgan’s allegations and his restraining order against the company this afternoon before the Nashville Chancery Court, with most of those documents currently sealed. The report goes on to state that there were twelve pieces of material used to support TNA Wrestling’s arguments between material derived from The Business Lawyer, an articled titled “Proving Solvency: Defending Preference and Fraudulent Transfer Litigation and previous court precedents regarding legal issues.

For those unfamiliar to the whole story, Corgan filed a lawsuit back on October 12th claiming that the company is insolvent based on agreement that he and TNA Wrestling entered into that gives him the right to gain control and replace current members of TNA Wrestling management, something Dixie Carter responded to, arguing that the company is not insolvent as its assets are worth more than the money it currently owes.
