In an update on the reports that WWE RAW superstar Bo Dallas (Taylor William Rotunda) was removed from this past weekend’s WWE tour in Mexico due to an incident at the Dallas airport, a report from PWInsider.com notes that Dallas Airport Police confirmed this afternoon that the story is correct.

The report notes that Rotunda was arrested for public intoxication at 7:25pm local time after officers were made aware of someone who was removed from an Envoy flight to Puebla, Mexico after yelling expletives at flight crew members and that the individual had left his carry-on luggage behind and began walking towards other departure gates. Rotunda was found slumped over 6 gates away from the flight he had been removed from, looking at his phone with several of his belongings on the floor in front of him and when police approached him, Rotunda smelt of alcohol, said that he had been drinking a little and when asked for further details, allegedly stated that he was not really planning on driving today.

The report notes that in the police report, Rotunda was described as swaying side to side and speaking with a thick tongue, while slurring his words and was also described as showing poor dexterity while picking up his belongings and after being questioned, Dallas Airport authorities determined that Rotunda was intoxicated to the point that he was a danger to himself and to others and decided to place him under arrest. For those wondering, the WWE Wellness Policy forbids the usage of alcohol within 12 hours prior to a live event, however due to the incident taking place 24 hours before the WWE live event in Puebla, Mexico, he may not be deemed in violation of the company’s Wellness Policy.
