WWE have successfully petitioned the court in Dallas, Texas to have the lawsuit filed by Michelle James, the mother of Matt “Doink” Osborne’s children transferred to the State of Connecticut, according to a report from PWInsider.com.

The report notes that the case was moved to Connecticut on August 31st and that WWE immediately filed to have the case merged with similar cases brought against them by former talents who are now alleging that the WWE failed to protect them medically when it came to concussions and CTE among other issues and that the WWE has claimed that the former talents are being riled up by a Massachusetts based attorney, Konstantine Kyros, who is representing the majority of them and has allegedly misled them into believing there is a big payday waiting for them, which has led to all the legal action.

The report also states that the suits have all been moved to Connecticut as when talents signed their WWE contracts, there was a clause declaring that any and all legal issues would be heard in the State where the WWE is headquartered.
