In an update on WWE’s plans for a television series in the United Kingdom, the show is not just being conceptualized as a WWE Network exclusive, according to a report from PWInsider.com who note that the WWE have been ramping up pitches to several different broadcasters in the United Kingdom, with the pitch revolving around the idea of carrying a WWE UK-centric property that would be produced in the United Kingdom and feature roster members from the region.

The report notes that the current title for the series is WWE King of the Ring and that one of the broadcasters that the WWE are pitching to are ITV, who broadcast the pilot show for the World of Sport promotion on New Year’s Eve 2016.
