In an update on several WWE concussion lawsuits, after the court in Oregon sent the lawsuit Billy Jack Haynes filed against WWE over to Connecticut several weeks ago, the case was officially added to the consolidated related cases on July 30th, according to a report from PWInsider.com, meaning that all the lawsuits brought by Billy Jack Haynes, Ryan Sakoda, Evan Singleton, Vito LoGrasso, Matt Wiese (Luther Reigns) and Russ McCullough have been consolidated into one case before one judge, while the lawsuit that WWE brought against Blackjack Mulligan, The Dynamite Kid, Ivan Koloff and Koko B. Ware has also been consolidated into the same court case where the lawsuit brought by Wiese, Sakoda and McCullough has been named the primary suit in the matter by the presiding judge.

The report notes that WWE is still working to get the lawsuits filed by the estates of Matt Osbourne (Matt Borne/Doink The Clown, filed in Texas) and Nelson Frazier Jr. (Viscera/Big Daddy V, filed in Tennessee) sent over to Connecticut as well after their attorney Konstantine W. Kyros declined to reflie the cases in Connecticut. The report goes on to state that all WWE contracts stipulate that all legal issues arising from the contracts be heard in a Connecticut court, as that is where the company headquarters is located and that thus far, all of the other suits filed against the company in other jurisdictions have resulted in the cases being sent over to Connecticut.
