Luke Harper and Erick Rowan reuniting as The Bludgeon Brothers on WWE SmackDown Live is said to be based loosely on the Demolition tag team, according to a report from The Wrestling Observer.

The report notes that it was originally discussed that Harper and Rowan could be the mystery team that have been attacking Breezango during their Fashion Files segments, but it was decided that idea would not make sense, as the company wants them to be repackaged as a dominant looking tag team.
