In an update on the original plans for the WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view that called for Roman Reigns to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship from Seth Rollins, the storyline plans have changed around since Rollins became injured according to a report from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

The report notes that the Las Vegas odds have gone up in recent days and that Dean Ambrose is heavily favored to walk out with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on Sunday and that the Vegas odds usually change when word leaks out from WWE on creative plans.

The internal expectation is that Reigns and Ambrose will meet in the tournament finals on Sunday and that while many within the company are pushing for Ambrose to have a run with the World Title, that does not mean that Vince McMahon will not change his mind.
