Following the announcement over the weekend that AJ Styles had injured his ankle at a recent TNA Impact Wrestling live event, the former TNA World Heavyweight Champion noted that he had been diagnosed with a high ankle sprain, that would usually keep him out of action for anything between 2-4 weeks, however noted that he is hopeful of making the TNA Turning Point pay-per-view, where he is scheduled to face off against Robert Roode for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.

AJ also tweeted a photo of his ankle, which includes some bruising and swelling, which you can view at this link.
