For those that missed last night’s WWE Royal Rumble match, Roman Reigns won the 2015 Royal Rumble to face Brock Lesnar at this year’s WWE WrestleMania 31 pay-per-view, however the Rumble match itself killed the crowd early on.

Following the elimination of Daniel Bryan early in the Rumble match, fans in attendance in Philadelphia, as well as fans on Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms reacted, with the fans in Philadelphia booing any entrant that came out after Bryan’s elimination, while WWE never got the crowd back fully, even after The Rock made an appearance alongside Roman Reigns at the end of the match.

Approximately 30 minutes after the Rumble went off-air, #CancelWWENetwork was the top trend worldwide, while people attempting to do so could not load the WWE Network page, as it was just spinning out and never loading. The company became flooded with calls and told fans that they could not manually cancel right now, due to so many people attempting to do so and requested those people to call back tomorrow.

It will be interesting to see how the company reacts to this on WWE RAW, as for the second year in a row, the match that they have scheduled to main event WrestleMania is not being well received by their fanbase and WWE Network subscribers.
