The following are the results for WWE’s WrestleMania 29, from MetLife Stadium in New Jersey which took place on April 7th, 2013.

Pre-Show
The Pre-Show has Josh Matthews and Matt Striker on commentary, along with Scott Stanford, Jim Ross, Kofi Kingston and Dusty Rhodes in a remote location in the upper level of MetLife Stadium.  The Pre-Show featured video packages for the matches tonight, followed by analysis and predictions by Ross, Kingston and Rhodes. Also, Tony Dawson was outside the stadium with some fan interactions.

Backstage Segment
Renee Young interviews the “World’s Strongest Man” Mark Henry.  Henry says that tonight is the night that Ryback enters his “Hall of Pain.”

WWE Intercontinental Title Match
The Miz defeated Wade Barrett by submission with the Figure Four Leg Lock, and is the new IC Champion.

This concludes the WWE Pre-Show, and WrestleMania 29 now begins.  Michael Cole, Jerry “The King” Lawler and JBL are the commentary team tonight.

Opening Video
A tribute video to the victims of Hurricane Sandy is shown to open WrestleMania 29.  New Jersey Governor Chris Christie was narrating the video, and he welcomes us to WrestleMania!

Six Man Tag Team Match
The Shield defeated Sheamus, Randy Orton & The Big Show by pin fall.  Roman Reigns hit a Spear on Randy Orton while the referee had his back turned.  Dean Ambrose then covers Orton for the win.  After the match, Big Show is angry with Orton for not getting the tag into the match, which Orton got instead.  Show hits the KO punch on Sheamus and Orton and walks off.  The Shield is still undefeated.

Singles Match
Mark Henry defeated Ryback by pin fall.  The ending saw Ryback impressively picking up Henry for the Shell Shock, but they were too close to the ropes, and Henry held onto the ropes.  Henry lands on top of Ryback, and covers him for the victory.  After the match, Henry tries to further attack Ryback; however, Ryback hits a Spine Buster on Henry.  Then Ryback hits his finisher and picks up Henry for the Shell Shock, marches around the ring, and slams him to the mat.

Special Announcement
WWE and Special Olympics are partnering together for the 2014 USA Games in New Jersey.  NJ governor Chris Christie and Stephanie McMahon are shown at the top of the ramp with some of the athletes for the game.

Tag Team Championship Match
Team Hell No defeated Dolph Ziggler & Big E. Langston (w/AJ) by pin fall to retain their titles.  Kane hit a Choke Slam on Ziggler, then tagged Bryan who hit the Flying Head Butt from the top rope.  Bryan leads the 80,000 in attendance to his Yes! Yes! Yes! chants, and Team Hell No exit the ring.

Singles Match
Prior to the match, a crew of ballroom dancers perform to Fandango’s entrance music, and Fandango is then shown dancing with his partner, before they make their way to the ring.

Chris Jericho’s entrance saw some impressive pyro and fireworks over New Jersey.

Fandango defeated Chris Jericho by pin fall in his debut.  Jericho was applying the Walls of Jericho when he tweaked his knee, which allowed Fandango to roll him up for the upset win.

Video Segment
A recap of The Miz defeating Wade Barrett in the Pre-Show is shown.

A video tribute to The Rock is shown and his connection with the fans.  The fans are “one of the millions,” and The Rock is “the People’s Champion.”

Musical Performance
Diddy performs “Victory” at WrestleMania with highlights of The Rock and John Cena being played on the big screens.  He goes on to perform “All About The Benjamins,” and then Skylar Gray comes out to sing with him “Coming Home” the theme for WrestleMania 29.

World Heavyweight Championship Match
Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger cut a promo in the ring prior to the match, and they show their outrage for all the “illegals” in New York.

Alberto Del Rio (w/Riccardo Rodriguez) defeated Jack Swagger (w/Zeb Colter) by submission with the Cross Arm Breaker to retain the title.

Singles Match–WrestleMania Streak
Living Colour perform “Cult of Personality” live at MetLife while CM Punk and Paul Heyman, with the urn, make their way to the ring.

The Undertaker rises from the stage front, and we see hands reaching out from beneath.  Both entrances were awesome!

The Undertaker defeated CM Punk by pin fall with the Tombstone Pile Driver, and the WrestleMania Streak continues. After the match, The Undertaker reclaimed the urn, brought it into the ring and dropped to a knee.  The pyro went off, and 21-0 was flashed on the big screen.  When Taker got to the top of the ramp, he did his signature stop, turned back to the crowd and lifted his arm in the air.

Singles Match–No Holds Barred, No Count Outs, No Disqualifications
If Triple H Loses, He Must Retire
Triple H (w/Shawn Michaels) defeated Brock Lesnar (w/Paul Heyman) by pin fall with a Pedigree planted onto the steel steps that were inside the ring.  Prior to the ending, we saw Triple H put the Kimora Lock onto Lesnar three times without Lesnar tapping out, but this is what wore him down.  We also saw Shawn Michaels hit some Sweet Chin Music on Paul Heyman when he tried to interfere in the matchup.  Also, Michaels took an elbow shot from Lesnar earlier in the matchup, that saw Michaels get a busted nose from it.

Class of 2013 Hall Of Fame Segment
The inductees of this year’s Hall of Fame class are introduced:  Mick Foley, Booker T, Trish Stratus, Bob Backlund, Donald Trump and Bruno Sammartino.

It is announced that an attendance record of 80,670 has been set for the New York area.

Advertisements for the next WWE pay-per-view Extreme Rules is shown, and for next year’s WrestleMania in New Orleans.

The 8 person tag match between Rhodes Scholars/Bella Twins and Tons of Funk/Cameron/Naomi did not take place.

WWW Championship Match
John Cena defeated The Rock by pin fall with the Attitude Adjustment and becomes the new WWE Champion.  After the match, John Cena is holding the title and The Rock gets back to his feet, they walk towards each other in the center of the ring.  Both are talking to each other, they exchange hand shakes and embrace.  Cena exits, and The Rock is left in the middle of the ring and he thanks the crowd.  He walks to the outside and towards his family sitting at ringside, and hugs them all.  The Rock makes his way up the ramp where John Cena is waiting for him.  Cena raises The Rock’s hand, the fireworks go off, and Cena’s music hits while The Rock goes into the back.  John Cena is WWE Champion once again.
