In a move considered by many to be out of left field, the WWE have begun inviting random fans on their mailing list to join their “WWE Fan Council”, as they seek feedback in regards to different aspects of their product as well as marketing.

In regards to the WWE Fan Council, the information reads, “The WWE Fan Council is a diverse and dynamic group of people sharing their thoughts on a wide range of WWE topics and initiatives. As a member, you’ll have the opportunity to voice your opinions and help us improve our services by answering short surveys. As a way of showing our appreciation, you will be entered into a sweepstakes draw with a chance to win gift cards to the WWE Shop. We know your time is valuable, and we greatly appreciate your feedback.”
