Royal Rumble fan events are coming to Phoenix
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson isn’t the only WWE icon headed to Phoenix for the 2013 Royal Rumble. For the first time ever, the WWE Universe is getting the opportunity to ask questions directly to WWE Superstars and Legends, thanks to three unique “Shooting Straight” panels to be held in addition to Royal Rumble Fan Fest events.
Montreal Screwjob – Saturday, Jan. 26, 3:00 – 6:00 PM
This unprecedented interactive experience begins in Phoenix’s US Airways Center on Saturday, Jan. 26, where WWE fans will have an opportunity to sit in with WWE Hall of Famers Bret “Hit Man” Hart, Shawn Michaels and Jerry “The King” Lawler while they discuss the infamous events of the 1997 Survivor Series. Ever wanted to ask HBK about his emotions on that controversial night? You’ll have a chance to do it in Phoenix.
DX – Saturday, Jan. 26, 6:30 – 9:30 PM
At Saturday’s second “Shooting Straight” panel, Triple H, X-Pac and The New Age Outlaws will break it down for the WWE Universe with a first-hand lowdown on DX’s most rebellious exploits. From an era filled with rule-breakers, DX stands alone as the most uncontrollable, unpredictable and undeniable force in WWE history. Are you ready?
WCW – Sunday, Jan. 27, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
And early Sunday before the Royal Rumble, WWE fans will have the opportunity to hear from WCW’s most influential personalities as Kevin Nash, Big Show and Booker T tell the in-depth story of the innovative thinking that led to WCW’s meteoric rise, and the embarrassing failures that ultimately led to its downfall.
Tickets for these ultimate question-and-answer sessions are $90 and available now. Tickets include one panel discussion, a VIP reception that includes WWE Superstars and Legends, food, beverage and a commemorative autographed gift. Your ticket will also grant you access to Saturday’s Royal Rumble Fan Fest at the US Airways Center Pavilion. This fun block party will feature live matches, including a tournament to determine one of the Royal Rumble Match participants. Plus, appearances by WWE Superstars, Divas and Legends, live musical performances, food trucks, interactive activities and more.
