The following are the results of the WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view, which took place at the Scottrade Center, in St. Louis, MO.

The WWE Extreme Rules Pre-Show begins with host Renee Young introducing the panel for tonight, which includes Wade Barrett, Titus O’Neil & Mick Foley.  They give their thoughts and analysis on tonight’s Extreme Rules card.

We’re brought to ringside now where Tony Dawson and Josh Matthews are the announce team for the pre-show match.

Pre-Show Singles Match
The Miz defeated Cody Rhodes by submission with the Figure Four Leg Lock.

The announce team for the Extreme Rules pay-per-view is introduced next and Michael Cole, JBL & Jerry Lawler are all shown making their way down to ringside, and this concludes the pre-show.

Extreme Rules Match
Chris Jericho defeated Fandango (w/Summer Rae) by pin fall when he hit the Code Breaker on Fandango in mid air as he was coming off the top rope.

Backstage Segment
Josh Matthews asks Sheamus how he plans on beating Mark Henry tonight in the strap match. Sheamus tells Matthews he is a fighting celtic warrior.

WWE US Championship Match
Dean Ambrose defeated Kofi Kingston by pin fall with his inverted DDT finisher to become the new US Champion. After the match, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins come down to the ring and celebrate the victory.

Strap Match
Sheamus defeated Mark Henry by touching all 4 corners of the ring in this strap match. Sheamus landed a Brogue Kick on Henry in order to touch the last turn buckle.

Backstage Segment
AJ and Kaitlyn are shown in the back area arguing. Kaitlyn calls AJ “looney” and sings the Looney Tunes theme to her.  As she starts to walk away, AJ says how fitting that a pig sings that theme!!  Kaitlyn attacks AJ, and the two have to be separated by officials.

Number 1 Contender For The World Heavyweight Championship–“I Quit” Match
Jack Swagger (w/Zeb Colter) defeated Alberto Del Rio (w/Riccardo Rodriguez) when the white towel of Riccardo Rodriguez was thrown into the ring.  However, it was Zeb Colter who threw the towel in, not Riccardo, but the referee didn’t see that.  Another official from the back comes down to explain the situation to the ref, who then asks to see a replay of the ending.  After instant replay is used, the referee decides to restart the match.  After the restart, Del Rio is able to lock in his Cross Arm Breaker and when the ref asks Swagger if he wants to quit, Swagger yelled “Yes.”  Alberto Del Rio is the actual winner, and #1 contender for the title.

Backstage Segment
Ryback is interviewed, and claims that tonight it will be different and that tonight “Ryback Rules.”

Tornado Match For The WWE Tag Team Championship
Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns defeated Team Hell No (Kane & Daniel Bryan) by pin fall to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions. After the match, new US Champ Dean Ambrose came down to the ring, and all 3 members of The Shield stand in the ring with their gold.

After the match, we are taking to a higher location in the arena where Renee Young, Mick Foley, Titus O’Neil and Wade Barrett are standing. They give their thoughts on the matches thus far, and hype the Post-Show they will be conducting tonight.

Extreme Rules Match
Randy Orton defeated The Big Show by pin fall with a Punt to the head.  Orton celebrates with the hometown crowd after the match.

Last Man Standing Match For The WWE Championship
John Cena and Ryback ends in a draw. The ending saw Ryback pick up Cena and drive him through the Extreme Rules lighting set up at the top of the ramp causing a bunch of lights to explode. On the other side, we see both John Cena and Ryback out cold and referees calling for paramedics. A stretcher is brought out for Cena, while Ryback is helped away also. John Cena retains the WWE Championship.

Steel Cage Match
Brock Lesnar (w/Paul Heyman) defeated Triple H by pin fall with the F5.  In a match that was dominated by Triple H, he took advantage of a knee injury to Lesnar early on in the match up, and even applied the Figure Four and Sharpshooter to that injured knee.  However, in the end, Lesnar knocks Triple H out with a sledgehammer to the jaw followed by the F5.  Extreme Rules ends with Triple H being attended to by doctors as he slowly makes his exit out of the ring.
