WWE recently managed to get several of the concussion lawsuits filed against them consolidated into one, according to a report from PWInsider.com.

The report notes that on July 23rd, the new judge in the case issued an order to consolidate the preemptive suits filed by WWE against Blackjack Mulligan, Ivan Koloff, The Dynamite Kid and Koko B. Ware, along with the suit filed by Vito Lograsso and Evan Singleton and the suit filed by Ryan Sakoda, Luther Reigns and Ryan McCullough. The judge ordered the lawyer in many of the cases, Konstantine Kyros, to show cause and explain why so many of the suits have been filed outside of the WWE’s contract jurisdiction, giving Kyros until August 6th to respond.

The report also notes that in addition, the judge denied a motion for an extension to respond to WWE’s lawsuit on behalf of Mulligan, Koloff, Dynamite Kid and Koko B. Ware and that Dynamite Kid has not yet been served in the suit as he lives in the United Kingdom.
