WWE recently expressed an interest in signing both Mandy Leon and ex-NFL offensive guard Quinn “Moose” Ojinnaka to developmental deals with the company, according to a report from Raj Giri of WrestlingINC.com.

Leon has appeared on WWE television in the past as part of Adam Rose’s entourage and is best-known for promoting ROH events on their weekly TV show. She is not under a contract with WWE and like Ojinnaka, was part of a WWE tryout camp at the Performance Center last month.

The report notes that several Ring of Honor stars are yet to sign new deals with the promotion and that with both WWE and TNA Wrestling expressing interest in several of the company’s top names, contract talks with ROH and talent have slowed to a snail’s pace, however those that have signed are now signed to a January-to-January one-year contract with the promotion, something that booker Hunter “Delirious” Johnston implemented, taking a page from New Japan Pro Wrestling.
