– The next WWE NXT live special on the WWE Network is expected to take place in December, with the company holding the TV tapings the following day. As of last word, the company is looking to have Hideo Itami, Fergal Devitt and Kevin Steen on the NXT roster and working those tapings.

– There are reports attributed to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the beginners at WWE NXT and some independent wrestling talent are earning approximately $24,000 – $25,000 per year for multi-year deals, while most of the WWE NXT Divas earn over $50,000, because it is believed that they need more pay for their upkeep. The report also notes that a lot of the talents were given raises when they moved to Orlando from Tampa last year and that some of the football players signed by the company start at more than $52,000 per year as they’re used to making close to six figures, while the overall means pay is closer to $45,000 per year.

– WWE developmental Diva Lina Fanene has been renamed Zada. Fanene is the cousin of former WWE Champion The Rock and was in the vehicle with The Rock’s mother when they were struck by a drunk driver.

– In an interview with AL.com, WWE superstar The Miz was asked if any NXT talents have impressed him, noting, “There’s so much talent down in NXT. I think Tyler Breeze has a lot of potential. I think that there are a lot of guys down there making a lot of noise and should be up on the WWE roster very, very shortly.” In an interesting note, there are plans to pair Breeze with The Miz and Damien Sandow on the main roster.

– WWE NXT superstars Adrian Neville, Sami Zayn, Tyler Breeze and The Ascension (Konnor & Viktor) were backstage at this week’s WWE TV tapings, but were not used as it was the go-home show for the WWE Night of Champions pay-per-view. All 5 are booked regularly for the next few months on WWE television.

– WWE will be running a live event tonight at the Hardee Civic Center in Wachula, Florida, at the Orlando Armory in Orlando, Florida tomorrow night and at the Midtown Cultural & Educational Center on Saturday in Daytona Beach, Florida. The full roster will then return to Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida on Thursday for the latest set of NXT TV Tapings.
