After the break, 3MB are in the center of the ring, and Slater claims that The Shield tried to steal their spotlight last Friday on SmackDown.  Drew McIntyre tells The Shield that he wants a hand written apology.  As 3MB await The Shield, the music of Brock Lesnar hits, and he is making his way to the ring.  Lesnar doesn’t waste any time attacking 3MB, he clotheslines Slater out of the ring, and hits an F5 on McIntyre.  Lesnar goes to the outside, and continued the attack on Slater, eventually hitting him with an F5 over the guard rail.

Paul Heyman is now out at ringside to stop Brock Lesnar, and grabs a mic and enters the ring.  He tells the crowd that his client is ready for a fight, and that fight is with…Triple H.  Heyman credits Triple H for being able to knock out Lesnar at WrestleMania and beat him.  However, they are now 1-1, and a third match is needed to decide who the alpha male is in the WWE.  Heyman and Lesnar issue the challenge for Extreme Rules in an old fashion Steel Cage Match.  Heyman ends by telling Triple H he has two words for you, “Challenge issued.”

US Championship Match
Kofi Kingston defeated Antonio Cesaro (c) by pin fall with Trouble In Paradise to become the new US Champion.  After the match, Josh Matthews climbs into the ring to get Kingston’s thoughts, and an excited Kofi Kingston says that he just brought the US Championship home.

Langston make their way to the ring, and he talks about his title win last week, and that he is a “show off” because he is just better than everybody else.  Alberto Del Rio interrupts Ziggler, and he makes his way to the ring with Riccardo Rodriguez.  Del Rio tells Ziggler he has a rematch clause, and he wants to use it tonight.  Ziggler tells Del Rio that he was barely able to walk to the ring with his injured knee, and he needs to be 100% to be in the ring with him.  Another interruption, “Excuse me” Vickie Guerrero comes out and confirms that Del Rio has a rematch clause, and if he wants to use it tonight, he can.  She makes the match official, and it will start right now!

World Heavyweight Championship Match
Dolph Ziggler (c)(w/AJ and Big E. Langston) against Alberto Del Rio (w/Riccardo Rodriguez) is a no contest.  Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger came out prior to the start of the match, claiming that Ziggler would never be champion if it weren’t for Swagger.  Then, Swagger attacked Del Rio causing further damage to his injured knee.

R-Truth defeated Wade Barrett by pin fall with the DDT.

In Ring Segment
John Cena makes his way to the ring and he calls out Ryback.  The two are now in the ring together, and Cena tells Ryback he doesn’t like how he delivered his message last week.  Cena tells him we’re going to do it differently this week, and tells Ryback to make his move now.  They’re face to face, but Ryback turns around and exits the ring.  At that moment, The Shield’s music goes off, and they make their way in from the crowd.  Ryback is halfway up the ramp, he turns around, and watches as The Shield plot their plan against Cena who’s left in the ring by himself.  It’s a 3-on-1 attack, The Shield with the complete advantage over Cena.  Ryback does not go to the ring to help Cena, instead he watches and then goes up the ramp.  Ryback at the top of the ramp watches The Shield deliver their triple power bomb to Cena. The show ends with The Shield standing over a laid out John Cena, and smiling at Ryback.
