The following are the results of the August 5th edition of WWE RAW, which comes to us live from The Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

In-Ring Segment
Stephanie McMahon is in the ring to kick off RAW tonight, and she discusses the Daniel Bryan “Corporate Makeover” that he participated in earlier in the day. A highlight video is shown of him at a spa, clothing store, and at a restaurant eating a steak. Bryan is then introduced, and he makes his way to the ring in a suit and tie, with his hair slicked back into a pony tail. Bryan asks the crowd if they like his new look, to which the crowd boos. Bryan says that the WWE wants someone like John Cena as their champion, he’s tall and big, and he can sell a ton of merchandise. John Cena is an entertainer, but Bryan passionately yells to the crowd that he is a wrestler! Bryan ends the segment by telling the crowd that he’ll dress in a suit and comb his hair until SummerSlam, because at SummerSlam he will make Cena tap out.

Vince McMahon’s music hits, and he struts into the ring to interrupt Daniel Bryan.  He tells Bryan to listen to him, cause he has a lot of influence.  Vince tells Bryan that if he really wants to be WWE Champion, there is one thing he needs to do right here, right now…SHAVE THAT BEARD!  A barber chair is brought down to ringside, while the crowd is screaming “NO! NO! NO!”  Vince convinces Bryan to sit in the chair to get his beard shaved, and he calls out Wade Barrett with the clippers to be the barber.  Just as Barrett is about to shave the beard off, Bryan head butts him, and puts him into the chair.  Bryan shaves Barrett’s beard, then throws him over the guard rail.  Bryan goes up to the top of the ramp, and tells Vince “No!” to him changing his image.  Bryan then takes his tie and shirt off, to reveal his new shirt that says “The beard is here!”

Singles Match
Rob Van Dam defeated Alberto Del Rio (w/a returning Ricardo Rodriguez) by pin fall. After the match, Del Rio attacks Ricardo (for costing him the match) with his bucket and throws him out of the ring. He puts his head in between the ring post and the steel steps and hits a running drop kick, laying Ricardo out.

In-Ring Segment
Cody Rhodes is in the ring with a gift for Damien Sandow. He pulls out the Money In The Bank briefcase that was thrown into the Gulf of Mexico. Rhodes says it’s a litle damp, but come and get it, and Sandow comes out for his case. Rhodes attacks Sandow as he tries to get his case. Sandow exits, and Rhodes tosses the brief case at him.

Singles Match
Mark Henry defeated Ryback by count out.

After the break, The Bella Twins are shown in the back discussing Total Divas. Eva Marie joins them and congratulates Brie on her win over Natalya last week. Natalya comes into the room, Brie insults her, and Natalya gives her a great slap across the face.

In-Ring Segment
John Cena comes out to address Daniel Bryan’s comments from earlier in the night. Cena delivers a powerful promo discussing the difference between him and Bryan. Cena has been on top of the WWE for 12 years, while Bryan glorifies wrestling in small auditoriums. At SummerSlam, Cena tells the crowd they can root for whoever they want, but the “Champ is here.”

Orton’s music hits, and he comes down to the ring with briefcase in hand. He issues another warning to Cena, and tells him to be aware of him at all times. Just as Orton finishes, The Shield’s music hits and they surround the ring plotting their 3-on-2 attack. Daniel Bryan races to the ring to even out things, when RAW GM Brad Maddox comes out to announce this 6-man tag-match for the main event tonight on RAW.

Tag-Team Match
The Wyatt Family (Luke Harper & Erick Rowan) (w/Bray Wyatt) defeated Tons of Funk (Brodus Clay & Tensai) (w/Cameron & Naomi) by pin fall. After the match, Bray Wyatt enters the ring and hits his finisher on Brodus Clay, and delivers a promo directed at Kane. “Follow the buzzards Kane.” Kane then appears on the big screen, and tells Bray that at SummerSlam he will see why he is the “Demons favorite son.” He tells him that his family won’t be able to save him in a ring of fire, and the ring posts shoot out Kane’s fire pyro. Bray is in the ring smiling and laughing as RAW goes to commercial.
